Beppe
Beppe is a 2004 miniature donkey who was donated by Stacey Kovach to Mereworth Farm in 2022, along with his best buddy, Friendly Star [a Thoroughbred bred by Mereworth Farm]. Before his arrival at Mereworth Farm, Beppe had quite the career in the Cleveland area, winning championships at nearly every jumping event he entered and participating in many parades, including the Feast of the Assumption in Little Italy of Cleveland (representing Christ’s donkey). He has been photographed and appeared on television; he has been interviewed many times, especially at county fairs. He has been employed as a paid mascot at Democratic Party events. Beppe is a celebrity!
